We built the world’s first team formation platform to help companies keep up and thrive during today’s digital disruptions. A.Team was designed to help companies adapt agilely and build tech in areas outside of their core competencies—to pivot their product and adapt new methods of monetization.

FOUNDING STORY

As a repeat founder, who found his way through the power of tech, Raphael Ouzan developed a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development.

And so, he and co-founder Kobi Matsri began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. A.Team was born in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.
